1. Sample Fixing Device: Composed of upper and lower sample clamps, where the upper clamp holds the part with the magnetic buckle or closure and the lower clamp holds the corresponding part of the bag body.
2. Opening/Closing Mechanism: Connects to the speed and angle control system, performing repeated opening and closing actions.
3. Counter: Automatically records each complete opening and closing cycle.
4. Control System: Automatically stops operation in case of anomalies, with memory function for accurate test tracking.
Testing Method
1. Adjust the machine according to the sample structure and size.
2. Secure the upper and lower fastener components to the sample fixing device.
3. Set the zero point at the fully closed position, then adjust the opening angle so that the fastener fully opens.
4. Start the test and allow the machine to run until the target number of cycles is reached.
5. Inspect the fastener and record any deformation, cracking, detachment, or damage.
Result Display
Results are expressed by recording the number of opening/closing cycles and noting any changes or damage to the sample.
